Returns And Refunds

Returns and Refunds are not accepted by The Clothesline Diet Club unless the customer has received an unordered item, or an item damaged in transit, or a faulty item. We aim to provide replacements of undelivered or returned items when requested, but The Clothesline Diet Club is only obligated to refund purchase costs, upon prior assessment and approval by The Clothesline Diet Club Customer Service Management Team. Please note that The Clothesline Diet Club will not refund returns postage and packing charges.

If you wish to issue a claim, please do the following:

1. Make a note for your reference of the order number and item number given on the dispatch form
2. Contact our Customer Service Centre at mail@theclotheslinedietclub.com outlining your reason for return or refund including providing the order number and item number, for assessment and approval by The Clothesline Diet Club Customer Service Management Team
3. After receiving confirmation from The Clothesline Diet Club that your query has been approved, return the item(s) with the original dispatch note in the original packaging
