The term "Sweat Session" is exactly just that. A good exercise session that makes you sweat!!! It's great for weight-loss or for just keeping fit and toning up. The sessions are carried out for 2 hours per session which include aerobics, mats and weights exercises, lots of circuit work and various other activities. Sessions are carried out at your pace and are led by Karen herself. If you need a good fat burning regime then this is for you!
